Return & Refund Policy

At  Ansa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.  your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to deliver quality products, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we have a simple and hassle-free return and refund process for you.

Easy Returns

  • You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items returned after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

  • First, check your bank account or payment statement.
  • If the refund does not reflect, contact your bank or payment provider (sometimes processing may take a few extra days).

Cancellation Policy

At Ansa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent order cancellation process for our customers.

Order Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it on ENTERPRISESANSAA@GMAIL.COM
  • To cancel, simply email us at  ENTERPRISESANSAA@GMAIL.COMwith your order number.

Cancellation Charges

  • Each cancellation will incur a 5% handling fee or ₹50, whichever is higher.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, applicable shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Note
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
